Kenmore sophomore attackman Seamus McPhee has been selected as the WNY Athletics Boys Lacrosse Athlete Of the Week for Week Six of the 2019 season (April 22nd – April 28th).
Seamus has led the combined Kenmore East and West team in scoring in most of their games in the teams’ first season as a varsity squad.
In Kenmore’s game over Spring Break, Seamus notched nine points in helping lead the Devil Dogs to their season high goals total in a 15-2 win over Gow. McPhee netted five goals and contributed four assists as eight total players scored in the win.
So far in 2019 the ‘Devil Dogs’ are 5-3 playing a mixed schedule against established programs, other up-and-comers, and Monsignor Martin competition.
